Retirement Benefits Fund has entered an outsourced administration and member services partnership with Mercer, GC Australia reports. The $3.76 billion Tasmanian public sector superannuation fund had signed the contract with Mercer in March 2011. The outsourcing will result in 85 job cuts at the superannuation fund. The partnership with Mercer will safeguards RBF and its members from future risks associated with its ageing computer systems and also offer opportunities to enhance the services it provides to members.
