BlackRock To Float Equity Income Fund

BlackRock will roll out a new equity income portfolio in the market, Financial Times reports. The Global Emerging Market Equity Income fund will be domiciled in Blackrock’s BGF Luxembourg range.

The portfolio will be launched in August this year. Dhiren Shah will be the portfolio manager of the fund. Earlier in 2011, Blackrock unveiled three onshore income funds, the Blackrock Global Equity Income fund, the Continental Europe Income fund and the World Resources Equity Income fund.
