Mayfair Capital has restructured two of its funds by re-launching one and renaming another, Professional Pensions reports. The property fund manager has re-launched its MC Income Plus Fund following closure of its original fixed seven-year fund. Mayfair has also changed the fund’s objective from absolute return to a benchmark relative approach. It has rebranded its MC Special Opportunities Fund to the MC Property Growth Fund No. 2. The fixed-income fund is managed by Guy Brogden and the opportunity fund by James Thornton.
