French media group, Lagardere, is looking to list its minority stake in French pay-TV operator Canal+, Reuters reports. Arnaud Lagardere, CEO of the premium pay television channel, is seeking to sell his 20% stake Lagardere’s stake in Canal+ is valued at between €1 billion and €1.25 billion. Lagardere has failed to get the support of the channel’s majority owner, Vivendi, and is planning an initial public offering of the stake.
