Private equity firm, Apollo Global Management, will raise about $498.8 million through an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. The firm is seeking to sell 26.3 million shares at $17-19 per share. The banks underwriting the offer have been awarded the option to buy an additional 3.94 million shares, adds Pensions & Investments. Apollo will offer 18 million new shares, while its existing shareholders will sell 8.3 million.
