Private equity firm, TA Associates, has invested in the institutional hedge fund-of-funds manager, Evanston Capital Management. TAA will become a minority partner in Evanston Capital. The terms of the investment have not been disclosed. David Wagner will continue his role as the CEO of Evanston Capital. Evanston Capital had appointed Keith Mitchell of Mitchell Hartley Advisers as the financial advisor for the transaction.
