Russell Investments has named Jeff Eng as director, retirement income, for its Americas Institutional unit. Based in New York, he will work under Dick Davies, managing director, defined contribution, Americas Institutional. Eng will manage solutions for institutional DC plan sponsors seeking to provide in-plan options for participants who are currently near or in retirement. Previously, he was vice president and product director of defined contribution investments at AllianceBernstein.
