Entergy Mississippi has raised $150 million in a sale of first mortgage bonds, Reuters reports. The size of the transaction was initially planned at $100 million. The electricity provider appointed Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as the joint bookrunning managers for the deal. The notes carry a coupon rate of 6.00%, and are scheduled to mature on May 1, 2051.
