Playtech will buy a software business from a company owned by its co-founder and biggest shareholder, Teddy Sagi, Financial Times reports. The Internet- gambling software maker will acquire PT Turnkey Services (PTTS) for €280 million. The assets comprise marketing and customer services, payment advisory operations and businesses for hosting servers. Playtech is being advised by Collins Stewart on the transaction, adds Bloomberg.
