Nomura will launch its first public structured product offering in Germany, Risk.net reports. The Nomura M&A Europe certificate, to be listed on March 25, is based on merger and acquisition (M&A) pick-up in activity in Europe. The euro-denominated product, which will be available to retail on the exchange, will also be sold to asset managers who have private mandates. The product, which is available in units of €100, is based on a static basket of 30 stocks with a three-year maturity. The Japanese brokerage may also unveil a Japan recovery basket soon.
