OMERS Private Equity has enhanced its presence in Europe with the appointment of a new director, Automated Trader reports. The private equity arm of Canadian pension plan OMERS has hired Martin Huray as its director-Europe.

Huray has joined the firm from private equity firm, 3i Group, where most recently he was director. OMERS Private Equity set up an office in London in 2009.
