CBOE Holdings will start trading its new S&P 500 Index options product from October 4. The SPXpm options will be available on the company’s all-electronic C2 Options Exchange.
The SPXpm product is a cash-settled index option. It is similar in structure to the Chicago Board Options Exchange’s flagship S&P 500 SPX contract.
