Netherland-based professional services firm, KPMG, is acquiring the business of advisory firm, EquaTerra. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by both the parties.

Houston-based EquaTerra, set up in 2003, will be integrated into KPMG’s advisory business. The deal will form one of the broadest global sourcing and shared services advisory offerings across the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific.
