Siemens is seeking to allocate around €150 million in Denmark to expand its wind power business.

Siemens is seeking to allocate around €150 million in Denmark to expand its wind power business, The Wall Street Journal reports. As a part of the deal, the German engineering company will set up two new research and development centers in Brande and Aalborg.

The centers will advance technologies to meet increasing requirements for European offshore wind turbines. Siemens opened two new production facilities in China and U.S. last year.
