HSBC Global Asset Management has appointed Deborah Hazell as regional head for North America. Based in New York, she will work under head of retail banking and wealth management and marketing for North America Kevin Martin.
In the newly created role, Hazell will focus on HSBC’s emerging markets expertise and introduce global capabilities to North American institutional and retail investors. Prior to this, she served at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts as president and CEO.
