Quintain has hired Maxwell James as an executive director for its board. James joined the U.K. property company in May and presently is responsible for the company’s Wembley City regeneration project.

He is also working with Quintain Fund Management to devise solutions for real estate lenders and borrowers to restructure and recapitalize real estate assets. He will be active in his new role with immediate effect.
