Deutsche Bank has made two senior promotions within its U.S.-based investment banking team, Reuters reports. The bank has appointed Prem Parameswaran as Americas head of media and telecom investment banking and Malcolm Morris as vice chairman, Americas media investment banking. Parameswaran will take over his responsibilities from Don Birchenough, who left the bank to join Credit Suisse. Previously, Parameswaran managed the Americas telecom sector at Deutsche, while Morris headed the cable and tower sectors.
