Chicago-based institutional broker-dealer, Gar Wood Securities, has unveiled a new Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) brokerage services unit. The company has appointed Mark Oakley, Jeffery Fried and Steven Hessing to manage the new unit.
Oakley, working as senior vice president, is joining Gar Wood from Citigroup Global Markets, where he was a vice president and a broker on the floor of the CBOE. Fried and Hessing have previously worked with Susquehanna and Merrill Lynch as vice presidents.
