Peter Crocitto and Alan Eskow have been appointed by Valley National Bank, the wholly owned unit of Valley National Bancorp, as directors of both the companies. Crocitto, who joined Valley National in 1977, was named executive vice president in 1996 and took over the role of COO in 2008.

Eskow came to the bank in 1990 as a vice president in the financial administration department and was promoted as controller in 1998 and CFO in 2000. Currently, he manages the accounting, finance and treasury functions, investment portfolio and is in charge of Valley's wealth management division. The duo was promoted as senior vice president in 2009.
