Sucden, the trading unit of Sucrees et Denrees, has appointed Emmanuel Jayet as the head of statistics and research, Bloomberg reports. He joined the Paris-based company on September 5.

He will work under Auke Vlas, the head of trade at Sucden. Jayet was formerly head of agricultural commodities research at Societe Generale.
