BlackRock Financial Management has launched a $408 million collateralized debt obligation backed by loans, The Wall Street Journal reports. The BMI CLO I will matures in August 2021 and is structured by Citigroup. The CLO consists of six tranches, with the largest piece sized at $259 million. BlackRock’s last CLO, BSIS-5, was launched in mid-2007.
