Legal and General Investments (LGI) has re-appointed Bravura Solutions as its transfer agency platform provider for five years. The contract will boost LGI’s U.K. operations, expanding its current use of the platform to cover the administration of new fund range and distribution channels in its unit trust, PEP, ISA, and OEIC unit class businesses.

The move will confirm Rufus, Bravura’s transfer agency platform, as LGI’s core transfer agency system and consolidate an existing 13 year partnership with Bravura. Rufus, which administers over £335 billion of funds across 15 countries, provides LGI with an effective and reliable technology solution that enables efficient administration and STP services as well as delivering high quality client service.
