Morgan Stanley has appointed Khalid Krim to manage the firm’s hybrid structuring effort in Europe, Reuters reports. In his new role, he will work under Shyam Parekh, head of FIG capital markets, EMEA and Claus Skrumsager, head of EMEA fixed income capital markets.
Krim will be supervising hybrid structuring across products ranging from all private sector institutions, including banks, insurers and corporates. He joins from Credit Suisse.
