Commercial Bank of Qatar is raising $5 billion through a sale of euro medium-term notes, Reuters reports. The offering is being arranged by three banks and its own investment banking unit. BNP Paribas, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Commercialbank Capital are lead arrangers for the offering. Barclays Capital, Citi, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Standard Chartered are additional dealers for the issue.
