Paris-based Unibail-Rodamco has taken over a mall in Barcelona for €189 million, Bloomberg reports. The European real estate company has acquired the Splau mall from Acciona. The French company has also divested a 50 percent interest in the Allee-Center in Magdeburg to Deutsche Euroshop for €117 million. It is looking to increase occupancy at the recently opened Splau mall, which is nearly 16 percent vacant.
