Berry Asset Management has appointed Richard Fellows and Steve Croucher as COO, Citywire reports. Fellows will be active in his new role from April 2011 and work alongside Croucher. Croucher has joined the management team as operating chief and is set to become a director of the firm. Fellows is joining the U.K. specialist wealth management firm from Fidelity, where he was head of wealth management, while Croucher has come from Skandia Investment Group.
