Man Group’s COO, Emmanuel Roman, has joined the board of the hedge fund firm, Reuters reports. He will join the board as executive director and sit alongside the firm’s CEO, Peter Clarke and Chairman, Jon Aisbitt.
Roman was named COO after Man Group acquired investment manager, GLG Partners. Roman will maintain his responsibilities for product development and operations at the combined group.
