Private equity firm, TA Associates, has appointed Ashutosh Agrawal as a principal in its Menlo Park, California, office. In his new role, he will be responsible for focusing on investments in technology-based companies.
Most recently, Agrawal was working with Francisco Partners as a principal covering industrial technology, energy technology and vertically-oriented technology sectors. Before joining Francisco Partners in 2001, he served in the leveraged finance group at Goldman Sachs.
