Louis Vuitton Boss Offers To Buy U.K. Store

Louis Vuitton boss Bernaud Arnault is seeking to repurchase the company’s flagship store on Bond Street in London.

Louis Vuitton boss Bernaud Arnault is seeking to repurchase the company’s flagship store on Bond Street in London, Property Week reports. Irish developer David Daly owns the Louis Vuitton store at New Bond Street.

The store was recently valued at around £190 million by Savills. The Irish National Asset Management Agency had given Daly until June 23 to pay back €450 million of debt secured against his personal assets in the U.K. and Ireland.
