L&G, Hermes To Sell £320M Industrial Portfolio

Legal & General and Hermes are selling an industrial portfolio for approximately £320 million.

Legal & General (L&G) and Hermes are selling an industrial portfolio for approximately £320 million, Property Week reports. Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the assets in the fund managers’ U.K. Logistics Fund.

The portfolio generates £20.7 million of rent annually and also consists of 14 assets across 12 locations. The fund, which is managed by senior fund manager Jonathan Holland at L&G, was rolled out in 2006.
