Helsinki-based real estate company Sponda has entered into a syndicated credit contract for a total of €375 million. The five-year loan deal comprises a syndicated credit line of €275 million and a credit limit facility worth €100 million.
Sponda has obtained the syndicated loan from Nordea Bank Finland, Pohjola Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Danske Bank and Swedbank. The loan is being used for refinancing existing loans due in 2012.
