Citigroup’s board member, Andrew Liveris, is planning to leave the board after more than five years, Financial Times reports. Liveris, Chairman and CEO of Michigan-based Dow Chemical, joined the board of the New York-based bank in 2005. Liveris, who sits on the board’s compensation and public affairs committees, will step down at the annual meeting on April 21, 2011. He also serves on the board of IBM, along with various other boards.
