ICAP has repurchased 127,000 of its 10 pence ordinary shares at a price of 469.032 pence per ordinary share, The Wall Street Journal reports. The acquired shares will be held as Treasury Shares. After the transaction, the voice and electronic interdealer broker holds 4.28 million ordinary shares as Treasury shares. Excluding shares held in treasury, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 659.99 million.
