Exxon To Sell $850M Argentine Assets

Pan American Energy will acquire assets from the Argentine unit of Exxon Mobil, Esso.

Pan American Energy will acquire assets from the Argentine unit of Exxon Mobil, Esso, Reuters reports, citing La Nacion. The deal is estimated to be valued at about $800-850 million.

Pan American will buy an oil refinery and nearly 450 service stations from Esso. Pan American is owned by Bridas, which is co-owned by CNOOC and Argentina’s Bulgheroni family.
