German listed property company GSW Immobilien has completed the acquisition of a portfolio comprising roughly 4,800 apartments from a subsidiary of joint stock company Gagfah, Property Magazine International reports. The buyer has paid a total of about €330 million.
The acquired portfolio is predominantly based in residential locations in Berlin. Of the total of roughly 4,800 apartments, most are located in Kreuzberg, Zehlendorf, Charlottenburg and Potsdam and in Spandau.
