REIT Piedmont Office Realty Trust is selling Leo Burnett Building, an office building in Chicago for $400 million, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. The fully integrated and self-managed real estate investment trust is selling its stake in the complex to UBS.

The building is primarily leased to the Leo Burnett advertising agency through 2019 and law firm, Winston & Strawn until 2024. Piedmont has a $120 million mortgage on the tower. Eastdil was marketing the property on behalf of Piedmont.
