Fidelity is seeking to cap its U.K. Opportunities fund at around £250 million, Financial Times reports. The initiative will allow the vehicle’s manager, Alex Wright, to manage the strategy effectively.
The strategy was rolled out earlier this month and is currently £7 million in size after rolling over money from the institutional version of the portfolio. The fund, which seeks to invest in companies that have underperformed, sits in the IMA Smaller Companies sector.
