Unibail-Rodamco will raise its stake to 100% in a prime retail and entertainment centre, Galeria Mokotow, located in Warsaw. Co-owner, GTC, will sell its 50% interest in the centre to Unibail-Rodamco, which already owns the other 50%. The estimated value of the deal is about €475 million. Unibail-Rodamco will continue to manage the centre after the acquisition.
