Eurocommercial has purchased a shopping center in Lombardy for €82.5 million, Europe Real Estate reports. The Cremona Po was offloaded by Coop Lombardia, Gruppo Finim and CMB. The property is fully let to several international and national retailers, including H&M, Oviesse, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius. The transaction may be completed by the end of next month.
