Albion Venture Capital Trust (Albion VCT) is mulling plans for a linked top-up offer of new shares in November, Stock Market Wire reports. The top-up offer will be launched along with those of six other venture capital trusts (VCTs) managed by Albion Ventures. The Albion VCTs linked top-up offer 2011-12 is seeking to raise up to £15 million. Albion Venture Capital Trust’s share in this amount will be about £2.25 million.
