Thoma Bravo has appointed Seth Boro and Holden Spaht as partners. The duo joined the private equity investment firm as vice presidents in 2005 and was promoted to principal in 2008.

Boro has also served at Summit Partners, Credit Suisse and First Marathon Securities. Spaht came to Thoma Bravo from Morgan Stanley, before which he worked at Thomas H Lee Partners.
