The NMI Retirement Fund will be ending its contract with six of its money managers, Saipan Tribune reports. The portfolio will now retain only three of its nine existing asset managers. Currently, the managers handle the pension program’s assets, which are invested in common stocks, fixed income, hedge funds and the money market. The fund is also finalizing an assets liability study to show its projected actuarial liability versus actual portfolio and a projection of its assets through 2028.
