Premier investment focused group Samena Capital has rolled out a new special situation portfolio. The seven-year Samena Special Situations Fund II is targeting to raise $700 million.
The fund has already received commitments in excess of $350 million. The fund will focus on strategic block purchases, pre-negotiated deals and preferential issuance of equity.
