Frankfurt-based Commerzbank has appointed Mark Portlock as new head of spot FX for Asia, FX Week reports. Based in Singapore, he will report locally to fixed income and currencies trading head for Asia Paul Durrant and globally to FX spot head Christian Drueke.
Previously, Portlock served at UBS as executive director in spot FX trading. Prior to that, he worked with German bank WestLB as global head of spot FX and precious metal trading.
