Barclays Private Equity is mulling the sale or listing of tax-free shopping specialist Global Blue.

Barclays Private Equity (Barclays PE) is mulling the sale or listing of tax-free shopping specialist Global Blue, Sky News reports. The private equity unit of Barclays wants to get at least £700 million from the sale.

Barclays PE may either pursue a stock market listing or a sale of Global Blue. The company acquired Global Blue, formerly known as Global Refund, from Apax Partners for nearly £300 million.
