The Aviva Tower in London has been sold to an undisclosed buyer, Reuters reports. The last property in the White Tower 2006-3 commercial mortgage-backed security issue was traded for £288.2 million. The offices, including the Aviva Tower, were backed by £1.15 billion of bonds issued by the White Tower 2006-3 vehicle. CB Richard Ellis marketed the building for its CBRE Loan Servicing unit.
