Boathouse Capital has raised $120 million for its first debt fund, AltAssets reports. The mezzanine debt provider will invest $2-12 million in ventures with at least $2 million of EBITDA.
The private equity firm’s general partners Ken Jones, Bill Dyer, Steve Gord and Chong Moua handle its investment activities. Since 2000, Boathouse has invested $35 million in six companies, including risk management software provider Pilgrim Software.
