Chrysler Names Goldman IPO Advisor

Chrysler Group has selected investment bank, Goldman Sachs, as one of the advisors for its initial public stock offering.

Chrysler Group has selected investment bank, Goldman Sachs, as one of the advisors for its initial public stock offering (IPO), Automotive News reports. Goldman will also advise Chrysler on refinancing its debt. Chrysler is planning an IPO in the second half of 2011. The draft of the IPO prospectus is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2011.
