Property trust Stockland is seeking to raise around $200 million through the sale of its industrial assets.

Property trust Stockland is seeking to raise around $200 million through the sale of its industrial assets, The Australian reports. The offering comprises 20% of the company’s entire portfolio. Interested firms include the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Aviva and Mapletree.

Stockland currently owns 15 industrial properties throughout Australia, including the $335 million Yennora Distribution Centre in New South Wales. The company’s industrial portfolio was valued at about $940 million at Dec. 31, 2010, on 17 properties, adds Herald Sun.
