Airport Property Partnership has secured a $643 million senior loan backed by its real estate, Bloomberg reports, citing CoStar Group. HSBC Holdings headed a group of five banks giving the loan. The financing will be used to refinance a maturing debt.
The new lenders for the deal are Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole and Banco Santander. Airport Property Partnership is a joint venture between Segro and Aviva Investors.
